You will receive a personalized document and estate binder setup, as well as an action plan checklist to help you stay organized.
EstateMindr's Document ID Research feature is included with Tier 1.
Additionally, our estate settlement solutions include bi-weekly email progress check-ins for the first 30 days and up to 3 hours of delegate phone support is included.

Post-Loss | Tier 2
Executor/Trustee Support 6-Month Package.
After your loved one's passing occurs, Tier 2 offers overwhelmed families needing ongoing accountability and administrative support for estate executors. This package includes all features from Tier 1, PLUS:
(NOTE: Your 60-minute Onboarding Call may be extended to 90-minutes to capture any complex nuances of the estate.)
You receive essential, customized estate settlement solutions for administrative support during the estate settlement process.
You receive all the ongoing guidance and administrative organizational support for your executor trustee responsibilities after the initial 30 days provided in Tier 1, particularly during the most challenging first 6 months of estate settlement.
Our team assists you in organizing and preparing for meetings with your attorney and financial planner.
We assist in helping you gather documents for your CPA/accountant, creating asset lists, tracking bills, and managing property-related tasks.
You will benefit from bi-weekly update emails. An additional 5 hours of delegate call support is provided during the 6 months, for a total of 8 hours.
EstateMindr's Document ID Research feature is included with Tier 2.
Together, we will identify administrative requirements that extend beyond month 6, ensuring comprehensive support.

Post-Loss | Tier 3
Concierge Estate 12-Month Package.
After your loved one's passing occurs, Tier 3 offers a higher-touch service for larger or more complex estates, including advice toward working with your attorney to settle estates with a business. This package includes all the features found in Tiers 1 and 2, PLUS:
You receive executor trustee guidance and administrative solutions tailored for up to 12 months, ensuring comprehensive administrative support for estate executors.
You enjoy priority response access to our estate settlement solutions and administrative support services.
We coordinate ongoing meetings with your attorneys, certified public accountants, realtors, auction companies, financial advisors, and other professionals to streamline the estate settlement process.
You also will receive final administrative guidance for tasks that close the estate.
Additionally, you receive bi-weekly update emails. An additional 5 hours of delegate call support is provided during the 12 months, for a total 13 hours .
EstateMindr's Document ID Research is included with Tier 3.
Furthermore, you are eligible for discounted additional services, coordinated with licensed professionals, to address other outstanding needs such as property clean-out, online account closure assistance, downsizing coordination, business succession plan/transition guidance, and much more.
