We operate under our trade name “EstateMindr.” Our parent company is ResourceRxs LLC, an administrative coordination consulting and project management company.

Nothing in EstateMindr's services should be interpreted as professional advice from licensed legal, tax, accounting, or financial professionals. We are Certified Executor Advisors (cea.pro) who work with these professionals.

We do not collect or maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) and are not subject to HIPAA regulations. Please redact or omit these documents from any communications with EstateMindr or ResourceRxs LLC.

We are not attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or licensed fiduciaries, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial guidance.

We are not estate executors. We do not replace or represent the duties of an executor or trustee — we provide administrative guidance and coordination.
