Certified Executor Advisor

Estate administration services, guided by a CEA

Jean-Marie Milford is a Certified Executor Advisor through the Institute of Certified Executor Advisors (ICEA) — a designation earned through advanced study in estate settlement and executor support.

01

Estate preparation

Through Pre-Loss Planning we help you organize accounts, locate key documents, and identify gaps. Titling, structure, and tax decisions stay with your attorney or financial planner.

02

Legacy planning

We document who should receive sentimental items, capture personal wishes and family stories, and organize charitable intentions. We do not draft bequests or advise on tax treatment.

03

Executor support

From the first call through final distribution, we track tasks, organize documents, and make sure nothing that needs to happen gets missed.

04

Executor education

Most executors have never done this before. We explain what is required of you at each stage — the what and the why.

05

Documentation

Our workbooks, checklists, and navigator binder give you a clear paper trail that holds up if anyone asks questions later.

06

Awareness

Estate settlement surfaces old family tension at the worst time. We help you think through communication, disclosure, and timing.

07

Collaboration

We coordinate, and we connect you with your attorney, accountant, or financial planner for everything outside our scope.

EstateMindr provides guidance within its own scope of administrative coordination. We are not attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, or licensed fiduciaries, and we do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Questions about what a CEA can and cannot do?

Fifteen minutes is usually enough to make the boundaries clear before you commit to anything.
